Abstract
In the present paper the influence of notch radius on fracture toughness JIc is studied using three point bending specimens made from mild steel. This study is principally based on the proportionality between the energy parameter J and the work done. In the present work, we considered the influence of notch radius on the coefficient of proportionality.
